Because I sell live plants, handmade items, and carefully curated products, Violet Pot Designs does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to me. If there's an issue with your order or you're not completely happy with your purchase, I'd love the opportunity to make it right.

Please contact me at keala@violetpotdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are always appreciated, especially for damaged or incorrect items, as they help me better understand what happened and work toward the best possible resolution.
