Shipping policy

At Violet Pot Designs, every plant is carefully packaged with the goal of arriving healthy and ready for its new home.

Shipping

  • Shipping is available with all eligible live plant orders within the continental United States.
  • At this time, I do not ship internationally or to locations where the shipment of live plants is prohibited by law.
  • Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to help minimize the time plants spend in transit.

Weather Protection

Plants are living organisms and can be affected by extreme temperatures during shipping. Depending on your local weather conditions, I strongly recommend adding heat packs, cold packs, and/or insulation to your order. While these items help protect your plants, they cannot guarantee against weather-related damage.

Transit & Delivery

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Violet Pot Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related damage, or mishandling during transit. Shipping carriers operate independently, and transit conditions are beyond my control.

In the Event of Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos and an unboxing video before removing the plant from its packaging.
  2. Photograph the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and any visible damage.
  3. Contact me as soon as possible so I can assist you if a shipping insurance claim is applicable.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without supporting photos or video may not qualify for reimbursement through the shipping carrier.
